Experience
Two employers, and what I was actually responsible for at each. The products above are the output of the first one.

Frontend, backend, APIs, databases and application architecture on production web and mobile products. I've led the development team on both — two of us on NomadKids, three on SparkXP — owning the technical decisions, the task breakdown, code review and the direction a build takes.

Nomin Holding LLC
My first developer job, on Nomin's internal employee app, where staff see their payroll information, attendance and more. I owned its occupational health and safety (OHS) section, which moves information both ways: sending images, video and text in to OHS, and bringing OHS information back to the phone. I also added new menus to the app and tracked down and fixed bugs across it.

What I build
Four things I've taken all the way to production. If your problem looks like one of these, I can tell you what it takes in a first call.
Admin dashboards, management systems and internal tools: role-based access, real workflows, reporting. NomadKids runs five separate roles against one API, with authorization enforced server-side — per role and per record.
Cross-platform iOS and Android with React Native and Expo, built against a backend I design at the same time — so the app and the API fit each other instead of being negotiated later.
NestJS and PostgreSQL: schema design, authentication and authorization, background jobs, file storage, third-party integrations. Including integration with Mongolia's national education system.
Discovery, architecture, build and deployment as one engagement. Domains, TLS, CI, backups and monitoring included — a product that is live, not a repository you have to find someone else to ship.

The same sequence on every project, so you always know what happens next and what you hold at the end of each step.
A call about the problem, not the technology. I come back with what I think it takes, what it doesn't, and where the risk sits. No charge — and honest when the answer is that you need less than you asked for.
Scope, architecture and a schedule you can hold me to, written down before anything is built. On NomadKids this was the specification the rest of the team built against.
Working software you can open, in weekly increments. You see it as it is rather than at the end, which is when a change of mind is still cheap.
Deployed on your own domain with TLS, backups and monitoring, handed over with the repository, the credentials and how to run it. Live, not almost.

I'm Usukhbayar — a full-stack developer in Ulaanbaatar. I build web and mobile products, and I take technical ownership of them: architecture, database, API, interface and deployment.
At Aether Tech Core LLC, I've led the development teams behind my last two products. On NomadKids, I defined the system architecture and technical standards and prepared the documentation the team worked from. On SparkXP, I owned the backend, admin system and production deployment while guiding two mobile developers.
I'm not just someone who completes tickets — I take problems and own them through to a solution. I handle the key technical decisions: planning system structure, choosing the right architectural approach, and making sure a product is ready for production.
